Detailed Itinerary: Overnight Agra Tour

Day 01: Delhi to Agra via Yamuna Expressway (230 KM / Approx. 4 Hours)

Your journey begins at around 8:00 AM. Our tour representative will pick you up from your hotel or from the Delhi International Airport. Drive to Agra via the modern Yamuna Expressway, a smooth and comfortable 3–4 hour ride.

Upon arrival in Agra, check in to your hotel. After freshening up and enjoying lunch, meet your local tour guide and begin exploring Agra’s heritage:

• Agra Fort – A UNESCO World Heritage site and a symbol of Mughal grandeur.

• Mehtab Bagh – A serene garden offering stunning views of the Taj Mahal across the Yamuna River.

• Itimad-ud-Daulah (Baby Taj) – Often considered a draft of the Taj Mahal, this beautiful mausoleum is known for its intricate marble inlay work.

After sightseeing, return to your hotel. Evening is at leisure. Overnight stay in Agra.

Day 02: Sunrise at Taj Mahal – Fatehpur Sikri – Return to Delhi

Return to the hotel for breakfast and check-out. Then proceed to visit:

• Fatehpur Sikri – The beautifully preserved red sandstone city that served as the short-lived capital of Mughal Emperor Akbar between 1569 and 1580. Now a UNESCO World Heritage site, it is also famously known as the “Ghost City.”

After exploring Fatehpur Sikri, begin your return drive to Delhi. On arrival, you will be dropped off at your pre-booked hotel or the Delhi International Airport, carrying unforgettable memories of your Agra experience.
